Designed especially for older adults with limited resources, Vintage Housing communities for seniors offer full-access to community-based services, fostering independence, socialization and the ability to age in place.

Each Vintage Housing community features a single-building design with 32 to 48 senior apartment homes and multiple common areas where neighbors can meet, visit and share in activities. Each site has a beauty salon, inside mail boxes, arts and crafts room, library, game room and centrally located laundry facilities. Some locations also house senior nutrition sites where residents can gather and enjoy their noon meal together.

Apartments are mostly one-bedroom with a cozy living area and fully-equipped kitchen. Each also has a private bath with a step-in shower and a large walk-in closet.

Each one or two bedroom apartment rents for below-market rates to qualifying individuals, age 62 and older.
