Makes home repairs for individuals who live in Tulsa, have a disability, or are age 60 or over, and meet income requirements. Repairs are done on National Rebuilding Day, typically held on the last Saturday in April. Applications are accepted from June to October. A year-round program offers help with roofs, rails, and ramps.

Offers home rehabilitation and handicapped accessibility conversions through loans and grants. Must meet financial guidelines and be age 62 or older.

Offers emergency home repair grants up to $3,000 to repair basic components of a home owned and occupied by low-income individuals. Housing rehabilitation loans up to $25,000 available to qualified homeowners to aid in repairing home. Limited to City of Tulsa. Must meet financial and eligibility guidelines.
