For independent adults 55 and older, LIFE’s two Senior Centers offer opportunities for fitness, creativity, socialization and fun … keeping you active, involved and thriving!

Accurate, reliable information is the cornerstone of good decision making.  If you are looking for information on senior issues or resources, you can count on the experts at LIFE to help.  The Vintage Guide to Housing & Services is an annual publication that features helpful articles and offers a comprehensive listing of housing options, home health agencies, hospice organizations and community-based services for seniors. The Vintage Newsmagazine is a free monthly publication designed especially for the interests and needs of older adults and family caregivers.  Still have questions?  Call SeniorLine at 918-664-9000 for answers and solutions to aging challenges.

The Senior Health Insurance Counseling Program (SHIP at LIFE) offers Medicare education seminars and Part D Plan Comparison and Enrollment Assistance Clinics to help beneficiaries understand their Medicare Options and make informed choices about their health and prescription drug coverage.

If you are experiencing challenges that make it difficult for you to continue living in your own home, LIFE's Adult Day Services or Case Management may provide just the level of care you need.  And, if you decide that you are ready to make the move to a senior apartment community, LIFE’s award-winning senior affordable housing communities for independent seniors may be perfect for you.

Volunteers play an important role in all that LIFE Senior Services does.  If you are looking for an opportunity to invest yourself in others, we invite you to join us.  You can teach a class, be a friendly visitor or an Advocate, help in the office or even be a Senior Companion.
