Commission on Accreditation
of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF)

LIFE’s Adult Day Services programs are the only adult day programs in Oklahoma that are nationally accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF). Founded in 1966, CARF is a private non-profit organization with internationally accepted standards that promote excellence in services and establishes consumer-focused standards to help organizations measure and improve the quality, value and outcomes of their programs and services.
