LIFE’s Adult Day Services appreciates the important role that you play in helping seniors and their families understand and adapt to changes that come with aging.
As you work with family caregivers and older adults who are dealing with health issues, disabilities or Alzheimer’s disease, we hope you’ll remember LIFE’s Adult Day Services as an effective and affordable care option that can benefit both the caregiver and the person needing care. Adult Day Services are also proven to help families care for loved ones at home longer, delaying and often even avoiding altogether the need for nursing home placement.
For the person needing care, LIFE’s Adult Day Centers offer a safe, friendly and supportive setting where they will enjoy socialization and enriching activities that foster a positive outlook. LIFE keeps participants’ minds and bodies active and engaged, while also meeting their health and personal care needs with compassion and dignity.
Family caregivers tell us that bringing their loved ones to LIFE enables them to work without worry, run errands, handle other responsibilities or take a much-needed break, knowing their loved one is safe and having a good day.
At LIFE, we are committed to a person-centered care philosophy that values individual participants’ needs, preferences, abilities and goals. Based on these, personal care plans are developed to guide the care team and ensure that each person receives the care, attention and services they need and deserve.
LIFE’s three Adult Day Centers in Tulsa and Broken Arrow are the only CARF-accredited adult day programs in Oklahoma, assuring you that we are providing the highest quality care and services.
